1. Return EligibilityAt Tech Home and Pets, we aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they remain unused, are in their original condition, and have their original packaging along with all tags and accessories included. Please note that some items, including perishable goods, personal care items, and custom orders, may not be eligible for returns.

After approval, we will send you a return authorization along with instructions for shipping. The costs for return shipping will fall to the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
